Pat O'Connor wins Fitzroy Best and Fairest

Best and Fairest With 31 votes, midfielder Pat O'Connor has won Fitzroy Football Club's Best and Fairest Award the Greg Roughsedge Perpetual Trophy by two votes from Sam Baker

The Redlow Best and Fairest count ount held on Saturday 18 September at Rydges Bell City, Bell Street, Preston, was a close contest amongst the top three place-getters , with Tom Cheshire finishing third on 27 votes. Tom also won the Reds Foundation Best First Year Player Award.

Ross Borland for the second year running won the Marsden - Moriarty Super-boot Trophy, as the top goalkicker for the seniors, while captain James O’Rielly picked up the Seniors Coach’s Award.

In the Reserves Tom Peasnell was declared the Best and Fairest with 16 votes, five votes in front of runner up Jason Wilkins, and was awarded the Marc Marsden Perpetual Trophy. The Reserves Coach’s Award was won by Tom Parkinson.

In the Club XVIII, the Best and Fairest the Melissa Evans Perpetual Trophy was won James Pitts, while the Club XVIII Coach’s Award was won by Owain Dunn.

The Under 19(1) B&F: the Stephen Drury Perpetual Trophy was won by Michael Cussen, while the Under 19(1) Coach’s Award went to Dominic Pound Palmieri

The Under 19(2) B&F: the Bill Atherton Perpetual Trophy was won by Elias Barnes, while the Under 19(2) Coach’s Award was won by Kosta Iliadis Snedden.
