ROYBOYS PREMIERE SCREENING AT THE ST KILDA SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
Last year to celebrate 150 Years of Football, Fitzroy played South Melbourne (Districts) in a game that celebrated good old fashioned suburban rivalry. Come the day’s end, no one expected the events that unfolded in what can only be described as a magnificent day of local footy. There to capture the whole day – from the views of the supporters to a look at the players inner sanctum – were Brett Swain and Michael Wannenmacher. The result is a magical short film about what makes the Fitzroy Football Club such a great place to be a part of.
We recommend all our members and supporters get along to the screening of the film on Thursday 28 May from 6 pm to 7.30 pm at the Palace George Cinemas 133-135 Fitzroy Street St Kilda.
