The AFL established the Hall of Fame in 1996 to recognise and enshrine players, coaches, umpires, administrators and media representatives who have made significant contributions to Australian Football - at any level - since the game's inception in 1858. Prior to the 2012 intake, there are 233 members, including 23 Legends. Fitzroy has two legend members - Haydn Bunton, inducted in 1996 (Fitzroy 1931-1937; 119 games) and Kevin Murray - inducted as a member 1996 and legend 2010 (Fitzroy 1955-1964, 1967-1974; 333 games, Fitzroy Coach 1963-1964) . |
