Past Royboys are all getting some of their "Gorilla" or "lion" remnants out to wear at the first game of the revived Fitzroy, which will return to historic Brunswick Street Oval this year as a fully fledged VAFA side in D section. The Roys will be coached by former Collingwood player who played two games and kicked a goal back in 1989. Murray has heard many parents are already ringing up the club asking if their boys could have a chance of playing for the club they had grown up loving. |
