We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 – 48 hours. After your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracing number.
The standard price to ship within Australia is 10.00AUD however these prices may vary depending on location and package weight.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfies with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.

Customers have 14 days from receipt of their items to report and request a returns number. Unsuitable items must then be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the returns number.
The item must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged or returned without their original labels may be sent back to the customer.
Before your order is shipped , it is fully checked and controlled by our shipping department. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
Where provided, any designer packaging, tags authenticity cards and leather tags should be returned with the item as this is considered part if the product.
