Cr Jolly is an outspoken mayor who has bought a new perspective to politics and continues to be a major part of Melbourne's conversation.

This is sure to be a fascinating lunch, with Rotary's annual lunch backing ongoing support of the Fitzroy FC players.

It's the perfect way to come together with friends and fellow supporters ahead of the Men's crunch game with St Bede's/Mentone at 2pm
