Fitzroy VFL champion Mick Conlan will headline the annual Fitzroy VFL/AFL past players lunch on Saturday 16 May, before the Men take on Ormond at Brunswick Street Oval.

This year marks 40 years since Mick kicked the winning goal during the final seconds in the 1986 Elimination Final against Essendon. This was just one – but probably the most famous – of the 395 goals Mick kicked in his VFL career.

Mick also represented Victoria in State of Origin four times and is the former CEO of AFL Queensland.

This annual lunch is one of the great days on the club's calendar and always sells out quickly.

Tickets are $55 per person and includes lunch. Drinks at bar prices.
