On the hunt for Senior Womens and Under 19s coaches

27-Oct-2019

Fitzroy is in the market for Senior Womens and Under 19s coaches for 2020, while the Board has recently made several reappointments.

Senior and Reserves Mens coaches, Luke Mahoney and Bernie Carter were appointed to two-year contracts before last season and will continue in their roles for next season.

The gun support team of Senior Assistant Coach, Michael Manley, and assistant coaches Karl Jackson and Andrew Pettigrove has also been reappointed.

After some consideration, due to work commitments Gray Barton has decided not to continue as the Senior Coach of the Fitzroy-ACU Women. The Board thanked Gray for his contribution and commitment during 2019, after he came across from the junior club.

Maeve Barton, who was Fitzroy-ACU Assistant Coach for 2019, has taken on a role with North Melbourne's women's team.

Both senior womens coaching roles with Fitzroy-ACU are being advertised (see below for details).

Simon Jackson is continuing as the Fitzroy-ACU Reserves Coach with Nathan McLean in support.

Monty Stuart, who made an excellent start in his first year at Fitzroy as the Under 19s coach, has been snapped up into the TAC system and his role is now being advertised for 2020.

Tony Keehan has been reappointed as coach of the Under 23s and Trent Coleman has been reappointed to his role as coach of the Thirds.

If you know anyone suitable for the roles below, please encourage them to apply as soon as possible:
